Job description

As a Sales Representative you will be working at our headquarters in Wemmel. You are responsible for supporting our sales and account managers. You are the point of contact for our GIS customers and suppliers, you handle and follow up orders. Furthermore, as a Sales Representative, you will ensure the follow-up and distribution of documentation of products and/or services to customers and our sales and account managers. After a thorough training programme, you will also visit customers and assume responsibility for certain market segments. In addition, you will support the coordination with the Team in the US.

  • You are eager to learn and interested in acquiring commercial product knowledge about GIS and have insights into sales processes.
  • You enjoy customer contact and support the sales team in the office as well as at the customer site.
  • You have commercial feeling and would like to work on a proposal.
  • You are a team player, empathetic and customer-oriented
  • You see change as a challenge and a trigger to achieve something. You are dynamic, eager to learn and above all motivated.
  • You take initiatives to gather market knowledge and to spread Esri Belux product info.

Preferred Skills

  • Level of education: higher education (Master)
  • You have at least 2 years of commercial experience in a B2B context, preferably in the software sector.
  • You excel in organisation and result-orientation and you like taking initiative.
  • You communicate fluently with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • You can easily express yourself in Dutch, French and English.
