As Account Manager Flanders you will mainly focus on customers located in Flanders to support our existing customers in their journey of GIS solutions and to develop a sales strategy. Does this sound appealing to you? Then don’t hesitate and continue to explore more about the role.

What will your day look like?

  • Support our existing customers and ensure further growth and dynamics of geo-solutions within their organisation.
  • Developing a sales strategy within your assigned market(s)
  • Active prospecting withing the assigned market(s) and developing a network of communities in order to reach potential customers
  • Maintain and take the lead in having regular contact with existing customers by planning visits, telephone calls, trade fairs etc…
  • Ensure the customers are constantly informed about and understand all possibilities of Esri Belux’ geo solutions and this by coordinating infosessions, workshops, demo’s.
  • Detecting the functional needs of a (potential) customer, provide guidance in this process and redirect to the subject matter experts if needed.
  • Close collaboration with the professional services department in order to obtain the best solution for any issue a customer might face
  • Regular follow up and reporting to management to ensure the best approach for our current and future customers

What is your story?

  • You have at least a bachelor degree
  • You can show at least 5 years of experience in sales or account management
  • You can work independently and have a hands on mindset
  • Communication is your field of expertise
  • Commercial attitude is a must
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
