• Together with the business define the talent needs for our ongoing and future growth. Making the difference by looking for the right candidates and let them join in the Esri BeLux team.
• Responsibility of the recruitment cycle from first contact with candidate to closing of the recruitment process.
• Manage different Staffing contracts with some major customers (including the European Commission).
• Account Management for some of our major customers in order to fulfill their needs for talents and help them to make their GIS projects and implementations successful.
• Responsible for staffing consultants on current or future projects.
• Create the necessary awareness in the GIS market and fora.
• Lead the employer branding strategy.
• Draft job announcements which are atttractive to candidates.
• Active search for profiles through social media channels.
• Regular contact with external partners such as recruitment agencies, schools, …
• Ensure presence of EsriBelux at jobfairs and stimulate the presence of EsriBelux and the contact with the eduction market.
• Throughout the recruitment process you will be the candidate’s single point of contact and you ensure a great candidate experience.

• You have an experience in a similar role for at least 2 to 5 years.
• You have a master’s degree.
• You have experience with the different social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, …
• You are a team player and take ownership.
• You are dynamic, eager to learn and above all motivated.
• You can think out of the box.
