Data Management Specialist

For one of our major clients we are looking for a Data Management Specialist.

• Management of geographic data received
• Inventory according to a metadata schema
• Export of raster datasets to geopackages, with associated metadata and Read-Me elements.
• Compilation and export of GI datasets for ad hoc exports
• Georeferencing of non-GIS files
• Publication of Web services
• Publication of a Web Map Service (WMS) or Web Feature Service (WFS) :
• Generic geoprocessing :
• Vector data editing
• Data extraction (selection by attribute, selection by location) + analysis
• Compare vector datasets

• Bachelor degree;
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Analytic mindset
• Great interests for IT and databases
• Accurate
• Very good knowledge of Dutch/ French + English
