Support Engineer

• You manage the support requests from clients
• Building up a broad knowledge of the possibilities of our software and the business processes in which it is used
• In addition, you also come into contact with the colleagues at Esri Inc (US) and a wide range of ICT professionals
• You give training courses on the Esri GIS technology
• You will be asked to collaborate in the development of new course material and webinars
• You provide consultancy or coaching to our customers
• You will participate in the preparations of customer events

• You have a Master’s degree in Geography or Bioengineering and an affinity with IT (preferably GIS)
• You have strong organisational and analytical skills
•  You have strong administrative skills and a feeling for methodology
• You are fluent on the phone, communicative and customer-oriented
• You are fluent in Dutch/French and English
• Knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) is a plus but not a requirement
• You  are a real team player
