We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Sales Department, working closely with the Sales Manager Luxembourg to manage a portfolio of client accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process by handling both commercial and administrative responsibilities. This position also serves as a bridge between our customers and the Customer Service / Sales department, focusing on maintenance contracts, renewals, and licenses for Esri software.
As the organization grows, there will be an opportunity for this role to evolve into a more proactive commercial role, assisting in opening up a larger customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your commercial skills in the world of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and deliver added value to our customers while fostering long-term relationships.
Your Role
- Managing client accounts: Overseeing the commercial and administrative follow-up of a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Licensing and maintenance management: Proactively contacting customers to follow up on current licenses and renewals. Managing licenses and maintenance for customers in Business Central. Offering support to customers regarding license-related inquiries and logging these requests in the CRM system for tracking and resolution.
- Order processing, invoicing and payment follow-ups: Handling all activities related to order processing and invoicing.
- Preparing and sending quotes, order follow-ups, and delivery tracking.
- Drafting and sending commercial correspondence to clients.
- Participating in marketing activities for ESRI BeLux in Luxembourg.
- Assisting the Sales Manager in various tasks and further grow into a commercial role.
Your Profile
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Fluency in French and English (additional languages like German, Luxembourgish are a plus).
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to build relationships with clients, Previous experience in marketing or sales and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Business Central) is a plus.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Capacity to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, especially within the sales team (sales reps, customer service, etc.).
- Proactive in problem-solving and addressing client needs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to process complex orders and licenses.
- Sensitivity to technical aspects to understand and communicate the technical details of products and services.
- Bac+2 or equivalent (college degree or higher).
