Business Consultancy:

• You lead clients in their strategy leveraging the latest BIM/GIS technologies to optimize their business processes.
• You translate their needs into tailored solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives.
• You deploy the latest technology throughout projects, pre-sales processes, business analyses and collaborate across departments to ensure project success.

Product Ownership:

• You shape the vision for our AEC solutions alongside the Sales Industry Lead identifying market opportunities and clients.
• You launch and refine AEC, Geo-BIM, Indoors products and services together with Esri Inc product management.
• You’re the AEC expert and SPOC for Sales, Pre-sales, and Consultants, constantly enhancing your knowledge and staying updated on market trends and international use cases.

Community Engagement:

• You participate in European and global AEC communities, support events, and contribute to building a strong AEC network in Belgium and Luxembourg.

• Master’s degree in (commercial) Engineering, Geography, Bio-engineering, Architecture or similar.
• 5+ years experience in GIS/CAD and/or IT and preferably BIM/AutoCAD in the construction sector.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Analytical, hands-on, and a team player in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
