What will your day look like?

  • Being the bridge between our customers and the back office / sales department regarding maintenance contracts and licenses for using the Esri software.
  • Pro-actively contact our customers to follow up on the current licenses and renewals
  • Answer questions of customers and other departments internally.
  • You offer support to the customers relating to questions for licenses and will log these tickets in the CRM system.
  • Use your problem solving and analytical skills to review the software orders and to process them.
  • Manage all activities linked to orders (order processing, invoicing).
  • Manage the licenses & maintenance of every customer (Business Central).
  • Draft and follow up for the maintenance renewals.

What is your story?

  • At least 3 years experience in a customer facing department.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high focus on details.
  • Experience in working in a fast pacing environment is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of Business Central, Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
