Customer Case – Service Public Wallonie

In July 2021, due to very heavy rainfall, the Walloon region was faced with an unprecedented rise in water levels. At the beginning of August, less than 15 days after the disaster, the first teams of volunteers, with mobile phones in hand, went out into the field to walk the affected streets and collect a series of useful information via the 123 survey tool.
