As a GIS Technical Support Analist at Esri BeLux, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support to our customers. We welcome both junior and more experienced colleagues to join our team, where your role will be crucial in empowering ArcGIS users to optimize their workflows and tackle potential software challenges. • You manage user support requests from start to finish, ensuring effective resolution with help from Esri BeLux’s second line support when needed.
• You build up a broad technical understanding of Esri GIS technology and workflows.
• You are jointly responsible for the GIS training courses, developing related materials such as syllabi, tutorials, and audio-visual support.
• You have the possibility to give training, coaching or consultancy on the Esri GIS technology as well internally as for our customers.
• You will participate in events, such as the Esri Days.
• The role emphasizes continuous learning and collaboration with a diverse range of ICT professionals both locally and internationally.

• You have a Master’s degree in Geography with IT affinity or a Master in IT (preferably GIS).
• You have a dynamic spirit and are a teamplayer.
• You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and establish trustful relationships with our clients.
• You have analytical thinking skills and are passionate about solving challenges.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch or French and ready to become trilingual.
